Q: Can we have different flavours for each of the tiers of our wedding cake?
A: Yes, in fact most of our customers do this.
Q: Can we have fresh flowers, that match our floral arrangements, on the cake?
A: We will discuss how you would like your cake decorated with you when we book the date. You can deliver the flowers to us beforehand, leave them at the venue for us, or we will work with your florist.
Q: How do we know what size cake to order?
A: Once we understand exactly what type of cake you would like, we will advise you on how much you need.
Q: When do we pay for our wedding cake?
A: We limit the number of weddings we undertake on any given day. Therefore we request 50% deposit at the time of booking, to secure your date. The remainder is required six weeks prior to your event.
Q: Do you deliver and set up our wedding cake at our chosen venue?
A: Yes, we want you to have a stress-free day, so we will ensure the wedding cake is delivered safely and set up as per your instructions.
Food Allergies and Intolerances
Q: We have a specific dietary requirement, how can we be sure your cakes will cater for us?
A: Wonderberrys cakes are prepared in a nut-free environment, however we take all allergies very seriously and, in the unlikely event we are in any doubt that we can meet your requirements we will say so. See our ‘free from‘ page.
